If something isn’t right with your pair, we’re here to make it right.

WHAT’S COVERED

Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use, including issues with the frame, hinges, or other structural components.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, scratches, normal wear and tear, loss, or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, or other external factors.

Scratched or damaged lenses resulting from everyday use are also not covered.
