Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@voyaproject.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your current order and place a new one once the return is accepted.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
