SHIPPING POLICY

  • Please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected and you may have to check with your preferred courier as to their deadlines.

  • All orders are shipped directly from our Athens warehouse within 48 hours of the order being placed.

  • The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is despatched.

  • We ship worldwide. Below you will find the details of the costs and shipping types corresponding to each country.

  • For all shipments to Greece & Cyprus, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is ACS Courier.

  • For international orders, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is DHL Courier.

  • Tracking number will be provided by email after the order has been packed.

Free Express Shipping for all orders.

  • Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 1 - 3 business days.

CYPRUS:

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over 150€
Purchases less than 150€

  • Standard - 10€: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 2 - 5 business days.

EUROPE:

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over 150€
Purchases less than 150€

  • Standard - 19€: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 2 - 5 business days.

REST OF THE WORLD:

Purchases over 250€ - Free Standard Shipping
Purchases less than 250€

  • Standard - 29€: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 5 - 8 business days.
